城市无害固体垃圾的管理与公共环境政策

无害固体垃圾处理的问题，是我国城市化高速发展中应重点重视和研究的课题，也是建设现代城市循环经济和节约型社会的基本要素。本文以新加坡为例，研究其如何成功处理迅速增长的无害固体垃圾问题，并探讨其垃圾管理政策，以期为我国在高速城市化发展中解决城市垃圾这一重要环境问题提供有益的借鉴。

Outline of Urban Nonhazardous Solid Waste Management & Public Environment Policy

With regard to the treatment of nonhazardous solid waste, it is not only an issue on which our rapidly urbanized cities should place great emphasis and conduct primary study, but also the fundamental element in developing circular economy and economical society in modern cities. This paper looks into the sharp increasing of nonhazardous solid waste in Singapore, with the focus on the current policies taken by the Singapore Environment Protection Agency. We also explore how Singapore has successfully tackled this issue, and put forward some reasonable ways to so the same issue in China.
