Abstract:It is very common phenomena of the high wastage of talent in private enterprises, especially in the small and medium-sized private enterprises, which has seriously endangered the survival and development of enterprises. It is very significant both in theory and practice to study and solve the problem of brain drain in small and medium-sized private enterprises.
