| 摘 要： | 我国的物流业正处在快速发展时期,物流人才尤其是物流工程专业人才的培养已刻不容缓。如何培养出能全面参与全球化竞争、能推动我国经济发展的物流工程专业人才,不断提高从业人员的素质,需要对人才的培养模式进行深入的探究,以适应市场经济的需要,适应社会发展的需要。

| Abstract: | As the logistics industry in our country is in the ear of rapid development, it is of great urgency to cultivate the capable persons in this field, especially the professionals on logistics engineering. Therefore, How to cultivate those professionals who are competitive in the context of the global competitive and can impel the development of economy, and how to enhance the knowledge and ability of the practitioners, are the major takes of the further research on the cultivating mode for the logistics professionals. It is also the requirement of the market economy and social development. |
