| 摘 要： | 生态文明所强调的人与自然之间和谐共处、协同进化,是新疆实施可持续发展战略的基础和前提,对实现新疆跨越式发展有着重要意义。通过分析沙雅县生态文明建设中存在的问题,在此基础上就如何建设生态文明以实现跨越发展提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | Civilization construction emphasizes that human and nature harmonious coexistence and coordination is the sustainable development foundation and premise,have having great significance in Xinjiang’s leapfrog development.By analyzing problem existed in civilization construction of Xinjiang Shaya County,some proposal on how to construct the ecology civilization and ensure Shaya’s leapfrog development was put forward. |
