| 摘 要： | 本文从对高校后勤服务社会化改革以后学生思想、观念上所发生的新变化的分析入手 ,对我校高校后勤服务社会化改革以后 ,在学生思想政治教育和管理工作方面所做的一些新探索进行分析 ,并在此基础上提出高校后勤服务社会化改革以后学生思想政治教育和管理工作的新模式。

| Abstract: | The further reform of higher education not only results in the socialization of student residence of higher institutions but also puts forward higher requirements to the students management work.This essay is going to analyae the effects that the residence socialization has made on student management work and its countermeasures The analysis will start with the students' change of ideas and thoughts after the socialization of service of our university and set forth the new mode of student management work. |
