| 摘 要： | 国际旅游岛是指市场要素全面国际化、以旅游业为主导产业的海岛型旅游目的地.文章在研究借鉴国外旅游岛建设成功经验的基础上,结合海南的现有实际条件,对建设海南国际旅游岛的建议是:转换政府职能,科学整体规划;创造生态旅游环境,走可持续发展之路;重视旅游市场需求,建立特色国际旅游岛;理顺旅游管理体制,完善基础设施建设;加强宣传促销力度,开拓国际市场.
