| 摘 要： | 通过对民营企业利益相关者的调查,界定民营企业利益相关者.根据企业的规模对民营企业的利益相关者进行重要性排序,并依此将民营企业的利益相关者分为核心利益相关者、紧要利益相关者和次要利益相关者.在此基础上,分析利益相关者们的利益需求,提出采取激励、一体化战略、共建和谐社区等措施将核心、紧要、次要利益相关者纳入企业管理.
