| 摘 要： | 广西北部湾作为后发展地区,面临工业化、城市化与环境保护的两难选择,走城市群发展生态化道路是化解发展难题、实现新跨越的唯一正确选择。文章认为,北部湾生态城市群建设既要贯彻以人为本、全面协调可持续发展的城市发展观,立足生态资源优势与特色,实施建设生态广西战略,又要通过区域协调与发展,使北部湾区域形成一个空间结构合理、开放度高、辐射力强、经济繁荣、社会和谐和生态良好的重要国际区域经济合作区。
