农村城镇化进程中的环境保护问题

在农村城镇化进程中，不可避免会产生诸多环境问题，并对城乡经济发展产生负面效应。因此，在推进农村城镇化进程中要注重环境保护。本文提出，协调农村城镇化与环境保护的理性选择应该是：农村城镇化的推进要兼顾农业持续发展的三个目标，将资源环境因素纳入农村城镇化的社会经济大系统，建立农业和农村自然资源核算制度，政府要强化农村城镇化进程中的环境管理，大力推广和发展生态农业，加强生态型城镇的建设。

Discussions on the Protection of Environment during the Course of Urbanization of Cuntrysides

It brings some environmental problems inevitably in the course of urbanization of countries in China, and has negatively effects on the development of rural economy, so we should pay attention to the protection of environment during the course of urbanization. This paper emphasizes that the reasonable choices of harmonizing urbanization and environmental protection are: taking account of three objects of durative development in agriculture; bringing resource factors into the social and economical system of urbanization ; constructing agricultural and rural audit system of natural resources; reinforcing the governmental management of environment during the course of urbanization ; promoting and developing ecotypic agriculture; enhancing the construction of ecotypic towns.
