| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济对我国经济持续增长具有重要意义。传统价值链理论具有局限性,循环经济发展对价值链完善极富启示。循环经济下的价值链重塑机理包括企业内外部价值链重组机理、产业价值链强链整合机理和区域价值网勾连共生机理,为循环经济价值链的理论研究与实践提供借鉴与决策支持。
