基于双灰的多属性决策及在广告媒体代理商选择中的应用

摘    要:研究决策过程中评价指标权重为区间权重和评价指标值为区间数的双灰问题集结方法。针对决策者构造决策信息的判断习惯,定义拟正态分布对区间判断信息进行拟合。根据对标准正态分布的研究,提出在一定置信度下,基于拟正态分布的假设,区间数乘法的主要信息测度公式,以此解决传统区间数乘法区间范围快速膨胀和区间重心漂移问题。以案例分析某汽车公司寻求长期合作广告媒体代理商的需求,为其选出满意的合作伙伴。

Abstract:A new group decision-making method is suggested to aggregate interval index weight and index value.Firstly,similar normal distribution is defined to fit interval judgment information according to decision-makers' judgment habits.Secondly,based on normal distribution,information measure of interval numbers multiplication is given in the condition of similar normal distribution hypothesis and confidence level.So the problem of interval range rapid expansion and center of gravity range drifting is solved in interval numbers multiplication.The case is analyzed on the automobile company for the demand of seeking long-term cooperation with outstanding media agents and a satisfactory partner is selected.
