| Abstract: | The reform of urban infrastructure investment and financing,whether in theory or in practice have made some successful experiences. It should be an important role in guiding the rural infrastructure investment and financing reform. The rural should be combined with their own actual situation,through institutional innovation and policy innovation,models of investment and financing innovation and management innovation to promote infrastructure investment and financing reform of the rural area. |
