| 摘 要： | 支持体系的建立与完善会极大地推动高新技术产业的发展和竞争力的提高。本文首先建立了我国高新技术产业集群支持体系的框架,并分析了其中的一些重要因素。最后提出了建立和完善我国产业集群支持体系的具体措施。

| Abstract: | The foundation and improvement of supporting system will influence the development and the competition advantage of high-tech industry.The paper advanced the supporting system of Chinese high-tech industrial clusters and analyzed some important factors of it.Then it put forward some policy suggestions for developing china's supporting system of high-tech industrial clusters. |
