| 摘 要： | 当前,我国各区域产业结构存在着非常严重的趋同倾向,这种倾向成为经济进一步发展的障碍。现实中如何避免各个区域在产业结构升级过程中造成更高层次的趋同呢?本文以两个区域面临的产业结构升级问题为例,探讨产业结构高度化的合理选择,得出区域以产业结构相对高度化而非绝对高度化为目标,可以避免因产业升级而造成的高层次趋同。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Presently, all the regional government think that the industry upgrading is the orientation of the regional industry structure adjust. However, oriented by the absolute upgrading are inevitably result in the regional industry structure similitude tendency on the higher level. Absolute upgrading can not solve the embarassment of the regional industry structure similitude tendency, and the concept of the absolute upgrading also have some blindness and uncertainty, neglected the interlaced competitions of the regional industry. For more reasonable, we put forward the concept of the regional industry structure relative upgrading. |
