| 摘 要： | 多年来,我国民营企业发展迅速,在我国的经济发展中发挥的作用越来越大,但其发展突出地受到了来自于金融支持方面的制约.本文分析、指出了我国民营企业面临着外源性融资困境,并对其原因和解决方法进行了有益的探讨.

| Abstract: | The Non-state-owned Enterprises have developed quickly for many years,and have played a more and more important role in our national economic development.However,the development of the Non-state-owned Enterprises has been more and more critically restricted by financing.This thesis analyzes and points out that our nation's non-state-owned enterprises are confronting with outer financing predicaments.It also makes some beneficial discussions in reasons and ways to resolve the problem. |
