企业内部市场化管理的核心要素分析

摘    要:以分析实施企业内部市场化管理的目的意义和企业内部市场核心理念为基础,确立企业内部市场化管理的核心要素。把企业内部市场化管理的核心要素确定为:每一个生产者都应该是经营者;每一种生产要素都有价格;每一天都知道经营效果;每一个市场行为都能有效控制和约束;每一件事都讲求投入产出;每一个经营网点都要有活力、有效益。以上这些内部市场化管理的核心要素完全符合内部市场核心理念要义,是对内部市场核心理念的扩展和具体化,对企业实施内部市场化管理能够提供具体指导。

Abstract:Based on analyzing the significance and the core conception of the marketing management purpose inside the enterprise, this paper establishes the core element of the marketing management inside the enterprise. The elements have been determined such as, each producer should be a manager; each production element should have the price;each manager should know the effectiveness of the business everyday; each behavior of the market should be controlled and constrained availably; each activity requires input and output; each running network should have its vitality and profit. Above mentioned core elements inside the marketing management matching with the core conception entirely are extension and concretion of the internal market core conceptions and offer some detail instruction for the marketing management inside the enterprise.
