我国寡头垄断下的房地产价格形成机制研究

摘    要:当前我国房地产价格持续上涨,已引起有关部门和社会各界的广泛关注.本文从市场结构入手,得出当前我国房地产市场具有区域寡头特征,在此基础上进一步分析了房地产企业价格合谋行为,指出我国房地产价格持续上升的根本原因在于垄断,并提出了政府在房地产业中引入竞争、打破垄断的具体对策和建议.

Abstract:Currently our country real estate price continues to rise,this situation has caused widespread attention from the department concerned and the society from all walks of life.This article obtains from the market mechanism,obtains that currently our country real estate market has region oligarch characteristic.And this foundation,analyzing the real estate factory price plot behavior further,pointing out that the reason why our country real estate price rise constantly is because of the monopoly,proposing the concrete countermeasure and suggestion that the government need to introduce the competition in the real estate industry,breaking the monopoly.
