| 摘 要： | 培养什么样的人才,决定着人才的能力构成。本项研究通过严格地培训访谈员,精心制订"调查表",采取重点访谈的方式,获得岗位能力构成的基本信息。对所采集的信息,针对每一岗位所要求的各种综合能力及相应专项技能进行分析和归类,形成DACUM表。在分析归纳通用能力过程中,发现工科和商科的通用能力存在着差异,对工科、商科归纳出各自的通用能力。

| Abstract: | The constituents of talents are determined by to train what kind of talents.This paper acquires basic information of occupational competency through strictly trained interviewers and deliberately designed questionnaires.Collected information and data are analyzed,classified and finally formed into DACUM tables.The tables show that there are some discrepancies of general management performance between engineering and business. |
