| 摘 要： | 随着国家西部大开发的步伐进一步的深入,西部人力资源特别是科技人力资源为该地区可持续发展提供了强有力的技术支持,而合理的工资水平是保证这些人力不流失的主要因素之一。基于这种观点,本文详述了西部经济发展的状况,并通过GDP、居民消费水平等十一项经济指标与全国31个省、市、自治区进行总体上的经济发展对比,在对中部、东部以及西部地区经济发展以及工资水平进行分析后得出经济发展与工资水平之间的关系,并对西部地区制定合理的工资制度提出相应的建议。
