| Abstract: | The property management plan is an essential papers in the bids,which will direct future management operation.However,China,at present,does not attach great importance to it.Thus,I would like to discuss the followig six aspects such as regional analysis,neighborhood analysis,present property analysis,market analysis,analysis of alternates and proposed property analysis then propose improvement scheme and introduce some new schemes in the operation of property management. |
