| 摘 要： | 通过对2003—2007年的统计数据整理分析,从中国现有筹资运行机制和区域筹资比较两个维度探究新型农村合作医疗的筹资状况。通过分析看出中国筹资情况运行良好,仍存在诸多不足,但中、西部与东部人均筹资呈均衡性态势。

| Abstract: | With analyzing the data collected from 2003 to 2007, the paper shows the existing statue from two dimensions： the framework of financing system and the comparison to the eastern, central and western rural areas. Through analysis of data, the research demonstrates that Health Financing System operates well; however, many deficiencies still exist.Gap of per capita funding between eastern, central and western rural areas gradually reduces with the trend of equalization. |
