| 摘 要： | 黑龙江和江浙两省民营科技企业发展状况的比较显示:2005年,经济发展较快的江苏和浙江两省,在民营科技企业数量方面比黑龙江少很多,而在专利申请总量、授权总量、工业增加值及总产值增长率等方面,黑龙江与江浙两省却相差很多。因此,通过对三省民营科技企业发展的情况进行比较分析,找出黑龙江民营科技企业在发展中存在的优势和不足,以此作为制定相关政策的参考依据。

| Abstract: | The comparisons of developing status of Heilongjiang、Jiangsu and ZheJiang's non-state-run S&T enterprises show that the quantifies of Jiangsu and Zhejiang's are less than Heilongjiang's, but, in other aspects such as quantifies of apply- ing patents, licensed patents, value-added of industry and growth rates of gross products, there is a broad gap between Hei- longjiang and Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Therefore, by comparing the three provinces'enterprises, the paper tries to find out the ad- vantageeus and disadvantageous factors in the process of enterprises'development, which provide a useful reference. |
