| 摘 要： | There is a saying: east or west, Kwang-tung food is the best, meaning that Kwang-tung food is well known both in China and across the world, of which the most unique is Canton soup. Canton soup is very tasty, while the secret of cooking is created out of the pharmacodynamics of traditional Chinese medicine.
