| 摘 要： | 该文分析了产业集群的概念及其对竞争力的影响，认为建设先进制造业基地需要新的基于产业集群的产业政策和区域政策。在此基础上，对浙江省建设先进制造业基地的产业集群重点选择与保障措施等进行了探讨。
