| Abstract: | The cultivation of innovative talents is a complicated systematic project that needs microscopically either the full scale construction or macroscopically the whole advancement,i.e.,firstly the design of the training scheme and teaching reform for all the process,secondly the promotion of the interaction for all the participation,and thirdly the construction of the guarantee system for all the direction. |
