| Abstract: | Based on discusses the necessity and target of knowledge transference during ERP implement, this paper analyzes the question of how to achieve the target of knowledge transference in the enterprise which implement the ERP and among the principal parts related during ERP implement, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for ERP implement. |
