On the Law Harmonization in the European Economic Integration

European economic integration has made great achievements in economic and trading cooperation among the member states, along with which effective researches for law harmonization among the member states are also achieved. As a result, the economic integration has been strengthened by proposing the principles of solving legal conflicts, establishing special judicial procedures and rules which can exert constraints on all member states. The practice of the European economic integration has exercised great influence and impact on the traditional law institution and judicial system, which may be referential to the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement conducted by China's mainland, Hong Kong and Macao.
