论黑龙江省会展业发展现状、趋势与会展人才的培养

会展业作为黑龙江省经济发展中一个新的经济增长点,其发展态势和方向正在引起各界人士的关注。目前影响黑龙江省会展业进一步发展的突出问题是品牌展会数量少、影响力小、经济效益较低,特别是会展组织、策划、管理人才的严重匮乏,已成为黑龙江省会展业可持续发展的"瓶颈"。黑龙江省会展业做大做强还有赖于政府重视扶持,会展业发展应走向品牌化、市场化、专业化道路。高校和相关培训机构应抓住这一机遇加强对专业人才的培养培训。

On Current Situation and Trend of Exhibition Industry in Heilongjiang and Cultivation of Exhibition Talents

The developing trend and direction of exhibition industry,as a new economic growth point in Heilongjiang,is attracting the attention from all walks of life.Now the main problems influencing its further development are insufficient in quantity of brand exhibition,small in influence,low in economic efficiency,especially,seriously scarce in exhibition organization,planning,and management talents,which become a "bottle neck" restraining the sustainable development of Heilongjiang exhibition industry.To make it bigger and stronger depends upon the support from the government,brand orientation,marketization and specialization.Hence,the colleges and relevant training institutions should take the opportunity to develop corresponding professional talents.
