| Abstract: | To solve the general problems existing in investment management of the state - owned enterprises at present, and to invest for the state- owned enterprises scientifically, democratically, reasonably, and steadily, the paper makes some suggestions on the strategy of enterprises development, the structure administered by legal persons, the mechanism about risk protection, the supervision and control by the audit, the benefit appraise and the responsibility investigation. |
