| 摘 要： | 首先,提出了关键词与全文检索是网络环境下图书馆参考咨询人员应该熟练使用的检索方式,并对关键词在网络信息检索中的优缺点、全文检索技术应用问题及网络环境下的参考咨询工作应如何开展进行了探讨。阐明了网络环境下提高馆员素质的重要意义及途径。
