基于职业能力发展的高职教学考核评价方式改革

考试改革是教学改革的一个重要切入点和突破口，本文针对高职教学考核评价方式存在的主要问题，提出现行高职教学考核评价方式改革应以促进学生职业能力为目标，以转变考试观念为先导，以能力测试为中心，从考试内容、形式、管理评价体系方面进行系统规划，构建科学合理的考试体系，以利于推进高职教育改革向纵深发展。

Reform of Teaching Appraisal Evaluation Based on Development of Vocational Abilities in Higher Vocational College

The examination reform is very important for the teaching reform. Aimed at the major existing problems, the author holds the view that current teaching examination and evaluation reform of higher vocational education should be launched with improving students＇ vocational abilities as its goal. The examination concepts should shift, the scientific examination system should be constructed focusing on ability test and planning from the aspects of the content and form of examination as well as administration evaluation system to facilitate the higher vocational education reform.
