| 摘 要： | 胡适从民权保障同盟会“出会”，最直接的原因在于胡适与宋庆龄对民权保障的不同认识，而这又根源于他们不同的政治立场与信仰。自由主义者胡适认为民权的保障是法律问题而不是政治问题，反对把保障民权的斗争作为支持国内工农革命斗争的一种手段，而坚信共产主义的宋庆龄组建民权保障同盟会的目的恰恰在于此。

| Abstract: | Outwardly,it was an appeal that made HU Shi break away from the League for Civil Rights,but inwardly the difference between HU Shi and SONG Qing-ling about what civil rights is and how to guarantee civil rights is the source of this disturbance.Liberal HU Shi held that the safeguard of civil rights is a problem of law not a problem of politics,so he fought against the idea that regarding the League for Civil Rights as a means of supporting the civil workpeasants' struggle,which is the purpose of organizing this League by communist SONG Qing-ling. |
