催化汽油精制新工艺的应用

摘    要:主要介绍了炼油一厂一套ARGG车间汽油脱硫系统采用“催化汽油无苛性碱精制组合工艺”新技术后,在保证产品质量的前提下,废碱液年排放量从500t以上降低至50t以上,固定床不需通蒸汽再生,每年节约1.0MPa蒸汽5000t以上,极大地减轻了工人的劳动强度,达到了节能减排的目的。

Abstract:A new technology" of refining combined process of catalytic gasoline without sodium hydroxide on the desulfurization system in the ARGG workshop of NO. 1 Refining Plant was applied. To ensure the product quality, emissions of the waste lye decrease from about 500 to 50 t, and it needn't vapor regeneration on fixed - bed, so it saves more than 5 000 t vapor ( 1.0 MPa) annually,which greatly alleviate work intensity of the workers. Then,the objective of energy and emissions reduction can be achieved.
