| 摘 要： | 2010年1月13日,国务院常务会议决定加快推进电信网、广播电视网、互联网三网融合,并审议通过了推进三网融合的总体方案。随后,国务院办公厅于6月9日下发了《三网融合试点方案(2010～2012)》,这标志着三网融合在我国进入了实质性推进阶段。新产业环境也带来了新的监管问题,本文从信息反馈、监督预防、问题处理和措施保障四个方面构建新环境下网间互联互通的监管机制,并提出相应的政策建议。
