| 摘 要： | 浙江舟山是国家旅游综合改革试点城市,需要大力发展海洋旅游产业集群。本文在简述海洋旅游产业集群等概念的含义和舟山海洋旅游产业集群发展状况的基础上,对发展舟山海洋旅游产业集群的有利条件和存在的问题进行了分析,并结合舟山的实际,提出了发展舟山海洋旅游产业集群的若干具体措施。
