旅游产业建设与乡村旅游发展

摘    要:旅游产业的形成要经历3个阶段:第一是卖景点阶段,第二是卖文化阶段,第三是卖劳务阶段。发展乡村旅游是从第三阶段开始的,其定位应是度假旅游。搞好乡村旅游不仅要突出饮食文化,而且要以保证现代化的卫生条件为服务要点。积极的客源开发是实现乡村旅游效益的关键。在现阶段,乡村旅游要向300公里内的周边城市开发客源,向特殊群体开发客源,向高收入阶层开发客源。

Abstract:There are three stages for the tourist industry to form: first is selling scenic spots,second is selling culture,and third is selling service.Developing the rural tourism begins with the third stage,which should be based on vocational tourism.The rural tourism depends on not only eating culture but also the modernized sanitation as the key of service.The positive exploitation of the consumer resource is the key to realize the efficiency of the rural tourism.Now,the rural tourism should be opened for the consumers living near the cities around 300 kilometers,the consumers of special groups and the consumers with high income brackets.
