| 摘 要： | 电子提单的产生是对国际贸易物权转让的传统运作方式的一次技术性革命。本文从理论和实际应用方面对电子提单在国际贸易中的应用进行了可行性分析,随着WTO所确立的贸易体制在全球范围的建立以及国际贸易更加一体化的发展,电子提单将在国际贸易中有着更广阔的发展天地。

This paper analyzes the feasibility of electronic bill of landing from both in theory and in daily application. We believe that with the development of trade system in global area, the electronic bill of landing will be used widely. |
