| 摘 要： | 本文通过对公产合作社企业的现状进行分析,找出目前我国公产合作社企业发展不规范的原因,提出完善公产合作社企业在设立条件、产权制度、组织机构、利益分配等方面的建议,为推动公产合作社企业的规范性发展提供理论依据。
