摘    要:新时代下,协同创新已成为新能源汽车企业快速适应外部复杂环境、解决创新效率低下,规避创新风险的必然选择.根据相关研究,在区分新能源汽车企业协同创新模式的基础上,构建了面向不同创新绩效的协同创新模式作用模型,并利用中国新能源汽车企业的调研数据,实证分析协同创新模式的作用路径.结果表明,三种协同创新模式均能促进创新绩效提升,且动态知识管理能力的中介作用和环境不确定性的调节作用也得到了验证,但各模式的作用情境有所差异,为新能源汽车企业基于创新目标选择协同创新模式提供了依据.

Abstract:In the new era, collaborative innovation has become an inevitable choice for new energy vehicle enterprises to adapt to the external complex environment, solve the low efficiency of innovation, and avoid the risk of innovation. According to the relevant research, the paper distinguishes the collaborative innovation mode of the new energy vehicle industry, constructs the model of collaborative innovation mode for different innovation performance, and makes use of the research data of China"s new energy vehicle enterprises to analyze the effect path. The results show that all three collaborative innovation modes can promote innovation performance, and the mediating effect of dynamic knowledge management ability and the moderating effect of environmental uncertainty are also verified, but the effect situations of each mode are different, which provides the basis for new energy vehicle enterprises to choose collaborative innovation mode.
