On Key Factors for Implementing ERP in SME

Implementation of the ERP system is the main ways to raise the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, the history of ERP implementation in Chinese enterprises is often failures, especially in small and medium enterprises （SME）. Compared to large enterprises in China and SME in advanced industrial countries, SME in China is troubled by such problems as lack of human talents, chaotic processes, low-level management. It has become the most considerable problem for SME to optimize and reconstruct companies through the implementation of ERP systems.
