北京纺织企业提升人力资源管理实践探索

摘    要:近年来,北京纺织企业在北京建设时装之都和三个北京的契机下,实现着由主要依靠制造业带动的传统纺织向依靠制造业、服务业和创意产业带动的现代纺织转型,但企业在进行全面调整、改革、改制过程中,人力资源管理仍处于以事为中心的管理阶段,与现代企业人力资源管理的要求不相适应,阻碍着企业核心竞争力的提高,影响到企业的可持续发展。北京光华纺织集团有限公司在拓宽招聘渠道、构建有效的绩效考核管理机制、加大人力资源的开发及投入、规范培训流程、加强培训的针对性、建立职业生涯规划与实施跟踪管理机制等方面进行了富有成效的探索。

Abstract:In recent years, textile enterprises in Beijing have grasped the moment when the city is building "the city of fashion" and "three Beijings", realizing transformation from the traditional textile mainly dependent on manufacturing industry to modern textile led by manufacturing, service and creative industry. However, during the process of comprehensive adjustment and reform, HR management remains at matter-centered stage, which is unfit for the requirement of modern HR management, hindering improvement of core competitiveness and affecting sustainable development of enterprises. Beijing Guanghua Textile Corporation has made fruitful explorations in widening recruitment channels, constructing effective performance assessment management mechanism, increasing development and investment of human resources, regulating training process, strengthening pertinence, setting management mechanism. up career path plan and implementing track
