| 摘 要： | 本文对对外贸易理论和我国经济体制的演变进行了具体分析，并利用费德改进模型和时间序列分析法研究了我国不同经济体制下对外贸易与经济增长间的相关关系，最后根据实证结果提出了在供给和需求双重约束机制制约下和在加入WTO第五年即将全面开放国内市场时期对外贸易政策改革的方案。

| Abstract: | This thesis first makes a thorough analysis of the theory of foreign trade and the evolvement of China's economic system,then use the modification of Feder Model and Time Series as the way to study the relationship of Foreign Trade and Economic Growth in China's different economic system,and at last we put forward the amelioration of the Foreign Trade policy on the base of the empirical study. |
