创新型城市评价指标体系构建及实证研究

创新型城市作为我国城市面向未来发展的战略选择,近年来已有许多城市提出了建设创新型城市的远景目标并进入实质性实施阶段。但总体来看,我国对创新型城市的实践仍然处于起步阶段,需要总结世界主要创新城市的经验与策略,厘清要素与评价指标,为促进我国创新型城市的建设提供参考与借鉴。本文主要总结了城市创新的关键要素,构建了创新型城市的评价指标体系,并运用主成分分析法进行了实证检验,希望在操作层面上对于我国的城市创新发展能够起到积极的推动作用。

Innovative urban evaluation index system construction and demonstration research

Innovative city is regarded as the strategic choice of cities in our country developing towards the future.In recent years,many cities have set the prospective target of building innovative city and have put it into substantial implementation phase.However,generally speaking,our practice of innovative city is still in the starting level.we need to learn the experiences and strategies from main innovative city in the world.We should clarify the factor s and analyse the indexes to provid references and lessons then to promote the construction of innovation city.The article summaries the key factors in the success and correspondingly builds index evaluation system of innovative city.Principal component analysis are made for empirical test.Hopefully,it will promote innovative development of our cities in operation.
