| Abstract: | A healthy growth of the professional executives is based on a healthy growth of their psychology.Facing immense pressure and challenges,they are confronted with psychological crises in their growth,such as the psycho imbalance,anxiety,and solitude.They should prevent and cure these problems by enhancing the self-health-care,strengthening the psycho-consultation,and establishing the right values and the correct outlook on wealth. |
