| 摘 要： | 本文在简要分析了高专院校高职教育人才培养存在的问题的基础上,重点探讨了高专院校高职院校实用型人才培养模式构建的原则,提出了创新实用型人才培养模式构建的途径,即必须构建专业实践教学内容体系、专业实践教学方向体系、专业实践教学形式体系、专业实践教学测评体系。
