我国频遭技术性贸易壁垒的成因及对策

伴随我国国际贸易地位的提高及与世界经济联系的加强,我国已进入贸易摩擦多发期,其中技术性贸易壁垒已超越反倾销成为阻碍我国产品出口的首要非关税壁垒。如何冲破技术性贸易壁垒并利用合理的技术性贸易壁垒保护我国国内市场和经济安全成为亟待解决的问题。本文试图对我国频遭技术性贸易壁垒的成因从宏观和微观两个层面进行具体分析,从而对跨越该障碍提供一些启示。

An Analysis of China's Suffering Technical Trade Barriers and Countermeasures

As the non-tariff trade barrier,technical barriers to trade(TBT) has acted as a more and more important role among international trade in recent years. After accessing into WTO, China has suffered a great deal from TBT along with its booming international trade. The causes of the frequent occurrence trend of TBT in China are analyzed from macro and micro sides in this article in order to know how to deal with it, and it points out that leading the sustainable development road is the basic countermeasure of China's export enterprises.
