| 摘 要： | 价格由商品的供求关系决定 ,在供给大体恒定的情况下 ,通货紧缩的原因首先就追溯到有效需求不足的持续。但从深层看 ,是政府对所有制结构调整认识不到位 ,限制闲置资本流向民营企业与闲置劳动力结合的产物。

| Abstract: | Price is determined by the realtionship between snpply and demand.As supply maintain steady,the deflation is firstly attribnted to the long-lasting lack of effective demand.Substantially, it is because the government didn't completely understand the adjustment of the ownership structure and restrained the flow of fallow capital to the private enterprises,which wonld have combined it with the fallow labors. |
