顾客满意与市场营销

摘    要:引导市场营销方向的是顾客消费需求 ,市场营销的产品和活动只有在适合需求、实现顾客满意的情况下 ,才能顺利实现其交换和价值。当前我国的市场营销偏离了顾客满意这个中心 ,存在着许多误区。本文着重讨论了顾客满意对企业理念、质量策略、价格策略、分销渠道、促销和服务等营销策略的重要性以及如何制订营销策略。

Abstract:What leads the way to marketing is consumers' demands.Until marketing activities and products are fit for consumers' demands and get customers satisfied,they can't really realize their exchange and value.Now there are many mistaken understanding to marketing which don't regard customers' satisfaction as its center.So it is very necessary to make a thorough study of marketing and customers' satisfaction.It is very important for marketing to decide and analyze aimed consumers and their expectations.In this article the writer discusses emphatically not only the importance of customers' satisfaction to company philosophy,quality policy,price policy,selling channel,promotion,service for customers and so on,but also the ways to make these marketing policies in order to satisfy customers.
