高校合并的经济学分析

高校合并作为教育改革和高等教育结构调整的重要举措 ,其中也存在着资源配置、规模经济、交易成本等经济学问题。本文认为 ,高校合并办学必须以提高教育资源的配置效率为核心 ,一方面尽可能充分挖掘合并办学的规模收益 ,另一方面尽可能降低合并的交易成本和摩擦成本 ,在不断提高高等教育质量的基础上 ,扩大高等教育的供给能力。

Economic Analysis on Combination of Colleges and Universities

The combination of colleges and universities is a strategy for promotion of educational reforming and restructuring.In the process,some problems as economy of scale,transaction cost and allocation of resources are involved.The paper argues the combination work should concentrate on improving efficiency of educational resource available,increasing gain-to-scale and reducing transaction cost.And moreover,we should extend the supply of higher education on the basis of increasingly improved educational quality.
