工商行政管理组织机构重组探讨

在经济体制转型时期 ,作为担负规范市场主体资格、监督市场主体经营行为的工商行政管理机关 ,在维护正常的市场经济秩序中的任务、地位和作用越来越突出和重要。然而 ,目前我国工商行政管理机关的机构设置 ,与其承担的管理监督社会主义大市场的职能和任务不相适应 ,影响了工商行政管理执法的力度、效率和效果。本文在分析目前工商行政管理组织机构设置存在弊端的基础上 ,提出了全新的组织机构设置构想。

Discussion on Reorganization of the Structure of the Business Administration

In this transforming period of economic system, the business administrative management (BAM)organization, which undertakes the task of regularizing the qualifications of market boday and supervising its operation behavior, has played a more and more prominent role in keeping the normal economic order in terms of its position and effect. However,the structure of BAM organizations in our nation can not adapt to their function and mission of managing and supervising the socialism market, which, consequently has influenced the power,efficiency and result of their law enforcement. The thesis, based on the analysis of defects in the structure of BAM organizations, puts forward a brand new conception if organization structure.
